1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for the following reasons:

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

You must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
We do not accept returns for:

โ Items used, washed, or damaged by the customer
โ Sale items or discounted Black Friday items (unless damaged on arrival)
2. Return Process

We will review your request and provide instructions within 24โ48 hours.
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing may take 5โ10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If the item is damaged or defective, your refund will be processed without requiring a return in many cases.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once processing begins, the order cannot be cancelled.
7. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by HOMORA only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

For all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
8. Non-Returnable Items
