At HOMORA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, weโ€™re here to help. Please read our Refund & Return Policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Incorrect item received

  • Item not as described

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • You must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.

We do not accept returns for:
โŒ Change of mind
โŒ Items used, washed, or damaged by the customer
โŒ Sale items or discounted Black Friday items (unless damaged on arrival)


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos showing the issue

  • Description of the problem

We will review your request and provide instructions within 24โ€“48 hours.


3. Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing may take 5โ€“10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the item is damaged or defective, your refund will be processed without requiring a return in many cases.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you havenโ€™t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once processing begins, the order cannot be cancelled.


7. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are covered by HOMORA only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • For all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.


8. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned:

  • Used home items

  • Items with missing parts

  • Items without original packaging
